Rich Andrews has been setting up, developing and running small businesses since 1999. Most, but not all, of these businesses have been focused on IT, Software and translation of business needs into real solutions.

Personal Philosophies that have withstood the test of 26 years:

• Size does matter - Small businesses are more nimble than large ones, and can therefore pivot and take the lead in new areas.
• Personal Service - Small businesses can provide a tailored product, solution or experience to their customers, who they treat as individuals - and are appreciated for it.
• Find yourself - Don't pay to look like everyone else.
• Get help when you need it - Find someone with real world experience, not soundbites and copied methodologies.

Over time one thing has stood out to me - talking to someone can reveal ideas and directions you'd never thought possible. If all you need is a little help getting onto the right foot, that's ok too!

There are only so many hours in the day, and like me, you'd rather be earning doing what you love than than the paperwork.
